Jules Franco TS//SCI
Jules Franco is a co-founder of Memeticus. A Brooklyn native, she attended Davidson College as a John Montgomery Belk Scholar before beginning her career in the Teach for America corps in Charlotte, North Carolina. She later earned a Master’s degree from Harvard University in educational leadership, organizational science, and entrepreneurship.
Jules went on to serve as an officer in the CIA’s Directorate of Operations, where she gained operational and targeting experience. After leaving government service, she worked as a contractor supporting the National Reconnaissance Office, and subsequently co-founded Memeticus.
Fluent in Spanish, Jules has received multiple exceptional performance awards across both government and private-sector roles. She is passionate about helping organizations translate complex missions into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with the audiences that matter most.
Autumn Harris TS//SCI
Autumn Harris is a co-founder of Memeticus. She holds an MS in Finance and a BA in Advertising and Marketing from Indiana University. She began her career in business and operations at an international grocery store chain, of all places, where she built early leadership experience in fast-paced, hands-on environments.
She later served in the CIA’s Directorate of Operations, working as a jack of all trades across multiple Mission Centers. After leaving government service, she contracted at the Defense Intelligence Agency. She earned multiple exceptional performance awards during her tenure.
Autumn’s background across marketing, business, and intelligence shapes her work translating complex capabilities into clear, credible narratives for high-stakes audiences.
